apache archiva stage repository

here the idea is to add a stage repositories to archiva for the artifacts which have not been tested yet.once the artifact is tested , if it is pass then it will be promoted to the common location where others can access.

I have selected for the google summer of code 2010 program.I have submitted a proposal for the apache archiva repository management system.There i am going to add stage repository functionality to the archiva.And hope to do it properly.
